Also referred as Dryads Saddle this mushroom is popular amongst foragers.
It is very edible and it's taste has even been described to rival the Shiitake mushroom.
Can be grown outdoors with inoculated spawn plugs or indoors with a preferred substrate consisting of hardwood/straw or masters mix.
Ideal temp is 60-75 F and RH 80-90%.
